Worked with a private equity owned industrial manufacturer to scope, plan, design, and execute the movement and consolidation of $36M of inventory from outside and in the weather into a modern, fully operational warehouse.  The warehouse was brand-new and material moved in 11-12 weeks with stabilization actions to drive inventory accuracy, process adherence, and operational efficiencies over four months

  • Utilized Program management capabilities to develop a cross-functional (Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance) Integrated Master Schedule to plan and sequence a tight timeline to design and set up a new facility for 40+ employees
  • Designed, documented, and implemented warehouse operating procedures from manpower planning, receiving, receiving inspections, picking, kitting, auditing, and inventory control functions
