Our private equity-backed company client was in the final stages of due diligence for a sizeable add-on acquisition. Virtas was engaged 3 weeks prior to deal close to help with a rapid and pragmatic integration planning exercise. Within a 4-weeks time span, we built a robust integration roadmap and detailed integration plans across all functional areas and also assisted with Day 1 communications.
