Washington D.C., January 6, 2025: Virts Partners, a boutique Office of the CFO and M&A Enablement partner, is pleased to announce that Matt Tripodi has joined the team as our Private Equity Market Leader.
With nearly three decades of experience in professional services, Matt joins Virtas after serving as a Managing Director at Accordion Partners where he supported large private equity clients to address challenges across FP&A, finance transformation, transaction execution, and more. In addition to driving impactful client solutions, he contributed to Accordion’s go-to-market strategy and played a key role in mentoring future leaders.
Prior to his time with Accordion, Matt co-led the Private Equity Practice at CFGI where he was responsible for building strategies, managing relationships with key private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, and growing a high-performing team.
At Virtas, Matt will be responsible for driving growth in the private equity market across all the firm’s solutions. He will also expand our geographic presence by formally opening our Washington DC office. Matt’s proven ability to foster strong client relationships and drive go-to-market strategies with an intense focus on private equity make him a perfect fit for Virtas. We are thrilled to have him on board as we push forward on our strategy of growing our market share in the private equity sector.
