New York, NY, January 21, 2025: Virtas Partners, a boutique Office of the CFO and M&A Enablement partner, is pleased to announce that Ara Kebabjian has joined the team as a Managing Director.
Ara brings extensive experience in management consulting and M&A private equity, with a proven track record of delivering transformative results for private equity portfolio companies in the middle market to Fortune 50 corporations. His expertise spans strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain optimization, and organizational transformation, with a strong focus on driving EBITDA improvement, mitigating operational risks, and enhancing shareholder value.
Before joining Virtas Partners, Ara served as a Partner at West Monroe, where he led the New York operational excellence practice. His leadership and mentoring efforts earned him the prestigious Sequoia Leadership Recognition for outstanding contributions to the firm.
Prior to West Monroe, Ara was a Senior Director in Strategy and Transactions at EY-Parthenon, where he focused on growth, profitability, and operational risk mitigation, with an emphasis on strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier negotiations to drive EBITDA and organizational maturity. Prior to Ey-Parthenon, Ara held significant roles with PwC, PRTM, and Karlan Consulting Group.
Ara will be focused on value creation through merger integration, synergy capture, and performance improvement leveraging his focus in third party spend improvement, to complement our existing finance function capabilities and broaden our capabilities.
