Chicago, IL: March 19, 2024: Virtas Partners, a boutique Office of the CFO and M&A enablement partner, announces the appointment of Linda Imonti as Senior Advisor.
Linda joins our team as a client-focused growth leader, adviser and innovator with over 30 years of experience working with global leading advisory and professional services firms. She has decades of experience operating within and governing large Business Services firms, developing innovative solutions to unique client needs, and leading relationship building and go to market initiatives.
Prior to joining the Virtas team, she spent over 17 years at KPMG, where she held numerous high-profile roles including National Ignition Leader, Office Managing Principal of the Chicago regional HUB, and serving as a Director on the KPMG U.S. Board of Directors. As National Ignition Leader, she led a diverse team to enable KPMG’s growth strategy in their 6 technologically advanced, data centric and design focused innovation centers, developing strategic service offerings aligned with the growth strategies of the firm. As Office Managing Partner, leading the 2nd largest region at KPMG in the US which included oversight of 4,500 team members across 8 markets, Linda oversaw revenue and headcount growth, organized go to market, managed client relationships, and drove community impact. Prior to this role, Linda served as the Advisory office leader for the Midwest region while simultaneously leading KPMG’s 12 major market Advisory Office Leaders across the US.
Earlier in her career, she held roles with Grant Thornton, Arthur Andersen, and Gateway.
She currently serves as a board member for the American Heart Association, Chicago Metro; Civic Committee; The Chicago Network; The Executives Club of Chicago; United Way of Metro Chicago; and World Business Chicago.
As Senior Advisor, Linda will actively engage with our PE and corporate clientele across all of our solutions. She will also play a key role in our new Business Services Solution suite, a tailored solution to address the unique needs and capabilities required to evaluate, on-board, create value, and manage Business Services enterprises. We see this as another dimension of our tailored solution portfolio, leveraging unique capabilities, experiences, and enablers to solve needs and create value in this fast-growing segment of the deal market.
