Chris brings deep industry and operational experience to the Firm’s Integration and Separation Practice and further bolsters Virtas’ growing presence in the Dallas market. Before joining Virtas, he most recently served as a director with AlixPartners, where he was a member of the Aerospace, Defense and Airlines practice. Prior to that, Chris had roles at Alvarez & Marsal and Bell Helicopter where he assumed pivotal responsibility for the development, execution, and delivery of experimental aircraft for the US Navy. Chris’ expertise lies in spearheading transformative endeavors, driving operational enhancements and EBITDA growth throughout the deal lifecycle. He has experience in operational due diligence, government contracting, cost optimization, operational transformation, corporate strategy, engineering, finance, manufacturing, operations, product development, project management, quality assurance, research & development (R&D), and supply chain management.
