Dallas,TX, November 28, 2023: Ben Lester has been promoted to Director.
Virtas Partners is a boutique consulting firm that acts as a nimble and adaptive partner to help clients accelerate through major financial transitions across the company lifecycle including acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, IPOs, accounting investigations, restatements, and restructurings.
After working at a large public accounting firm for nearly 10 years, Lester joined Virtas in 2022 as a Senior Manager in the firm’s CFO Advisory practice. His client service responsibilities have included assisting our clients with complex accounting transactions and implementations including the new revenue recognition and leasing standards, financial statement close, audit support, and operational accounting support and process improvement. He is also the leader of our Dallas office which has helped grow our footprint in the Texas market.
