Joe Baltera has joined Virtas Partners as a Senior Analyst in the firm’s CFO Advisory Practice
Virtas Partners is a boutique consulting firm helping clients successfully navigate key transitions, including acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, IPOs, accounting investigations and restatements, performance improvement, and capital placements.
Baltera joins the firm’s growing CFO Advisory practice with over 5 years of experience in the accounting and consulting space. His most recent role was at Biocare Medical, where he served as an Accounting Supervisor and Analyst for the private equity owned oncology company. Prior to his time at Biocare Medical, he held positions with Tech Data as a Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A and with KPMG as a Senior Audit Associate.
He joins Virtas with the combination of consulting and operational finance experience that is so common – and valued – in our CFO Advisory practice.
