Ted Sullivan has joined Virtas Partners as a Senior Director in the firm’s Integration practice.
Virtas Partners is a boutique consulting firm helping clients successfully navigate key transitions, including acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, IPOs, accounting investigations and restatements, performance improvement, and capital placements.
Sullivan joins the firm’s New York office as Virtas continues to expand its nationwide Integration & Separation Practice. He joins Virtas with 18 years of experience across multiple industries. Sullivan was recently a Director at EPAM Systems where he specialized in Diligence and Integration across its portfolio of global M&A projects. Earlier in his career, he spent 7 years at Pratt & Whitney where he led commercial, operational and strategic initiatives for the aircraft engine manufacturer. He has vast experience in international M&A, deal sourcing, due diligence, and post-merger integration. Over the course of his career, Sullivan has led the execution of numerous large and complex transactions including cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. His industry experience includes financial services, aerospace, software, and IT services.
